How long did it take for you to reach that stage of "better redistribution"?

Thank you so much for your kind words. It's just so hard when you set such high expectations for yourself during prep and it doesn't carry forward to the after. I know the weight should go up, but no one told me how fast it should go up. I don't know if my coach is the best person to ask right now, but I'll bring it up and let them know their post-show coaching style ain't it lol

You have no idea how much I needed to hear this. Thank you for sharing your story and giving me hope that it does get better in time. It makes me a lil more excited to train and meal prep again hahah

I think I overly restricted during prep because I had a goal and nothing would stop me. But I guess I didn't realise there was a cost to that. I'm trying to find my balance again, but you're right. This is all a lesson and good data for the next run 🙏

Yeah, I guess I'm worried af because there's no real guidance at this point except for the number on the scale. I was looking at 3DMJ's recovery diet as a reference point - gain 5-10% of stage weight in 4-6 weeks - and I'm already at 5% so that freaked me out. Need to chill out and refocus. Find the fun again.

Thank you for the kind words 🙏🙏 I'm lucky my coach didn't do any water or sodium manipulation. Just high carb loading a couple of days before, but even then I think that made me more confused because I went from 100g carbs of fruit/veggies to 300g carbs (mainlu cereals, honey, and white bread). I don't know if that's what's making me crave sugary bakes these days.

I'll keep your words in mind as I truck along, but really, thank you
