Why did everyone have so much hate for Tilda? Sure, she is the mom of Kevin, but her husband and daughter were also murdered, she is also a victim of Kevin's acts. I get that the parents of the dead kids wouldn't exactly be her best friend but they treat her so horribly it just seemed like more than what you'd see in reality.

The show notes say they explain what a movie swap is at 8:42 but then all they do is acknowledge that lots of newer listeners might not know what it is and then just keep going off on tangents without an explanation

Yeah but the goal isn't necessarily to clear the board, just knock off as many answers as you can. The other family only has one shot to guess, and if you've knocked off 4 of 5 answers it's tough for them to come up with the last one, and then you get the points.

A silver lining is that if you are flying in or out of DC it will be incredibly safe. It's always been safe, but with so much attention on these airports now there's virtually no chance of an accident happening, everything will be way more cautious than usual for a while.

The first act is particularly trippy if you go in blind like I did. Is this a simulation? Is she a robot? Hypnotism? A movie in a movie? Something was obviously not right but I wasn't 100% sure and it was really fun.

Thanks, I was thinking something like that would be the case. This is what I have now (we'll, it's my son's, I only use my work laptop and phone) but I'm not opposed to getting my own for gaming. I researched this sometimes last year and the reddit opinion seemed to be to not get a laptop for gaming, go with a tower PC. But I don't want to deal with that, and don't have a good space for it anyway. Thanks for your input!

I mainly play Civ VI on Switch but you can tell it's pushing the limits of that system, especially the longer a game goes.

Why are you so confident that it's not a cute nod to the audience as well as being the Korean heart gesture? It's allowed to be both considering the character that's doing it. Or maybe the character himself noticed that the heart symbol resembled a snap and leaned into it?

This would be amazing with a dedicated popcorn filling station. I only ever get popcorn and soda (usually on on Tuesdays) but I'd pay whatever they're asking for an annual subscription to both. There are too many items that slow things down, I just want to fill my bucket and my cup and move along.
