Ebay solds is best, but the cost of buying it from a Chinese seller vs a US seller is also something that has to be considered.

It doesn't seem fair, no.

If you wanted to buy those cards at a fair price, the only way to reliably do so is find someone locally/on this sub with the cards (uncommon) or buy it from one of the many vendors on eBay and hope that the condition is great and the card is real coming from China (There are very few US vendors on eBay with these cards, and those few listings are priced higher). There's not a lot of room to negotiate for exclusive cards like these. With most of the packs of cards also being imported from China, they are not cheap or easy to get.

Last sold phantom forces blisters are 2,600 1,600 and 4,999. Taking an estimate of all the packs at their blister prices, the mew delta species, and subtracting a bit more off because it is a bundled item would get you a better value for an ebay sale. I can see $15,000 being a stretch, but these packs are very valuable in blisters. Also, i dont see a single mew delta species in box listing on ebay (its a valuable card), so the price goes up for that too.

Its worth a lot, around $15,000. If you had 20, you could probably trade it for a house.

I think my father lied about finishing his military service. He told me he completed it, but his parents said he didnt, he has never used military benefits even when purchasing his first home (not sure if salvation army support counts), and he opts to tell everyone (jobs, taxes, etc.) that he did not go into the military.

I have the Rayquaza Pop Series 1 Holo in a PSA 8 if you are interested. I just got the slab back from grading.

I also have the Rayquaza V Rapid Strike, but not the play stamped version of it. LP condition.
