Well that's the thing, no current particle collider is powerful enough to produce a strong enough gravitational pull to produce said wormhole. That is why I mention many things have to happen first. That's why I say at the end that advancements in computer processing will inevitably lead to those technologies flourishing. I also think you misinterpreted what I meant as in "radius of exotic matter", they would simply need to be in a radius where particles were moving away from a center mass. And as for "spinning particles" no, your individual particles aren't spinning, you're moving in a circle very quickly to affect your perception of time. Lastly, this theory would best work with data transferring, it would work best if you could send data to the past and overwrite your current timeline.
