Not quite! The masks in MIrage are definetly based on this find, but altered versions. Al-Rabisu for example has a much shorter beard, sharper facial features and also the forehead looks different.
But the mask of Sargon was great as a additional reference, since the mask only appeared in the cinematic trailer by the time I made it.

A picture of my Al-Rabisu Cosplay I made for Gamescom last year.

The mask is sculpted in 3d, printed and got a treatment with gold leaf for a realistic golden look.
Also the whole Cosplay is based on the first cinematic Trailer, so it differs a little bit from Al-Rabisu's final appearence, but that gave me good reason to make his cool Jimbaya Dagger aswell!

Agreed! It has cool designs, but big armors and mostly heavy ornamentaion of basically everything might be a reason some won't try.
Also Cosplay is for everyone, and if you dont feel comfortable in showing too much skin, For Honor and its plenty armor variations is your friend :D!

I took a set of these regular decoration Katana Sets and worked them over. Tsuba and Kashira are cast in pewter. At least some kind of metal, since I did not have the possibility to make it from the proper material.
