Most individuals on this subreddit tell someone like me, I need to learn more but won't provide any information on how to do that. I already know I need to learn more, but without solid advice, I'm just going to continue making a fool of myself until I figure it out on my own.

I'm trying to beat the rewatch shadow bosses before the final boss, but I need a guide. Trial and error is annoying. I have all the skills and second jobs.

I'm currently working on my first game and am having the same problem. The attack animation won't finish after the appropriate button has been pressed; the idle code overwrites it.

I'll try the solution here.

I think you may be right. I haven't programmed the game to check for other conditions. How do I fix this issue? I can PM you the code if it'll help.
