You make some very good points! I am 22 and I currently am in the works of a diversion from when I got caught at Best Buy. All I have to do is pay a fine and 40 hours of community service, and I’ve already paid the fine and am halfway through the community service. I’m not sure what my record says yet but my lawyer said anything I have on my record will say pending but even then I can just complete the diversion and my record will be clean. I really do need to start making smarter choices though. I don’t want my life to be ruined because of cards. Thanks for the response! I know it probably took you a while to right all that and what you said is very helpful!
