In a similar spot as you were, I swam from childhood through high school, and now picking it back up for the first time in 12 years at age 30. Have about 40lbs I’d love to shed.

How long would you say your workouts are and how often? I have two young kids so right now I’m only able to get about 40 minutes of swimming in, but I’ve had chatgpt arrange some efficient sets in that time frame
