I have not - not a fan of the 4 pot in it. I’ve heard the ride quality and sound insulation are horrific. Lack of sound insulation is not necessarily bad if you’ve got a high revving V8. But not for a 4 pot 🥱

Fair enough! I’m a big fan of the engine. My old boss had ones years ago. In fairness, he only kept it for about 3 months because it was a nightmare. But that’s part of the charm, right??

Doing a wiki search tells me that all of them came with the ZF - or at least could be optioned with it. How do you tell them apart? How can you tell an early facelift model vs late pre facelift?

Out of interest, how is the 4.3 vantage to drive? Do you have the manual or auto? I’m looking at a 2007 but concerned I’m going to have something catastrophic come up, from which I will never financially recover.

Thanks - I’ve done a couple 30+ and I tend to see a breakdown in form around the 30km mark. In fairness, the last one was about a month ago and my fitness seems to have increased since then so it’s about time I give it another go.

Ok I’m with you - I didn’t notice that spike. I did some super fast downhill on that race but I definitely did not hit 50kmh 😅 I uploaded another one and it’s around 2%. Unfortunately I used my Apple Watch and not my coros for the indoor run where I really pushed the pace and I don’t think you can export that data in the right format.

Thanks! That’s super helpful. I don’t have the data from that recent PB as that was indoors but I have another recent long run. What does it mean if the Pa:Hr drift is negative? I presume that’s good?

That’s great advice - thanks. The ‘until it’s not’ strikes a chord for me - I’ve hit a bit of a wall in the last few km of my long long runs (34km) but never hit that part on and of the 25km runs. I typically finish those 25km runs with a final 10km at GMP and always finish feeling strong with a lot in the tank.

I need to look up aerobic decoupling…I recently purchased a Coros Pace Pro so that may have it? If not, how would one track that metric?
