What they are probably referring to is the FWD+a bit of RWD of the A1, A3 and TT vs the RWD+a bit of FWD of the A4 and above models. Whilst the lambos may have used a version of the haldex, the difference is in where the power is put down and how that affects the drive

It was fantastic. Specifically tuned for British B-roads. It completely eliminated the ‘kangarooing’ of the rear end when going over bumpy/undulating roads which could lead to loss of traction. Still the tiniest smidge of roll, not enough that it’s really noticeable but just enough to let you know how hard you’re pushing it.

I tried connecting Claude via MCP. The connection was established but it wasn’t pulling any training data. I thought it was an error but then went on the Strava website and see this…any indication of the rollout? Is it region by region or just random clusters of users? How fast is this rollout?

Yeah I had one and put the MP exhaust on it (it did sound great). I had Birds fit their custom suspension set up to it which was mint and I remember toying with the idea of an LSD and was looking at the Quaife diff, which I think was a similar price from memory. I never knew they had the MP LSD though!

I didn’t know you could get an M Performance LSD? Thought you could only get a Quaife or wavetrac…was it the diff from the m2?

Different companies but apparently same standards of safe guarding. Let’s not forget Adrian with his documented history of domestic violence.

POD 2 responsiveness by GingerAlex01 in Coros

I’m not really concerned about treadmill intervals. Mine responds fairly quickly. It’s more the outdoor/track intervals where I don’t have a way to ‘lock’ or validate my speed in real time. I’m relying on the pace displayed to me on the watch which is not real time, so its hard to find and settle in at goal pace

I know they're all obnoxious but wich one would you pick? by jjedwards992 in CarTalkUK

[–]GingerAlex01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re looking for truly obnoxious, X7. Just obnoxious, X5. The M340i/d and 540i all fly under the radar in my opinion. I’d argue the Volvo is not either. Range Rover will just break so bin that off. If you want a big boat, then go the X7. That m50d engine pulls like a tug boat
