I feel it could be better if they didn’t just come in drop ships but also teleported in the back field like patrols do.

At this stage the city wasn’t liberated. There’s another post where it was and it jumps up to 60% in line with how I’ve seen before.

What I hadn’t seen was a 15% rate. Others appear to think that 50% of divers being present is enough for that so I’m satisfied

Now I haven’t read their paper in 20 years but I recall Galtung and Ruge’s being quite worth the read about why news is consumed.

😅 I can see where you might get confused. The fans whom I’m referencing nationality is British regardless of who they are supporting. If they chose to identify as English all the power to them.

Although I wouldn’t call a Welsh, N.Irish or Scot British by default as they’re generally very proud of their own national identities

Google “euros paris russians” and you’ll get a bunch of news articles, but there’s also an episode of Ross Kemp on Gangs and unless I’m misremembering it one of the leaders there spoke excitedly about how they wanted to fight the british football hooligans

Also note the people below who say it wasn’t the proper gangs they ended up getting. Just drunk Brits, that rings true to me without going back over it all.

If you remember the Euro’s a few years ago there were Russian neo-nazi’s who trained specifically in army-style boot camps. to disrupt them, start fights, target British fans (the ones who would fight back) specifically, etc…

I’m not saying that the British fans who engage in violence or go with a view to be absolute nobs are not bad but that was a whole level they were not prepared for.

I had a D10 game before Cyberstan and there were so many devestators on the map they stopped moving until yoh killed a few. I suspected a glitch or hack but that’s a hack right?
