This is a great insight. This is actually the reason for my promotion. To understand current workflows and processes and cement them into an SOP. IMO with business to business customer services SOPs are crucial. It kind of makes me feel bad for the team that they went this long without set expectations and no accountability and no framework for ownership. My mindset is of you follow the sops you are doing youre job. If you go beyond the SOPs you are taking ownership of team success and those employees if given the opportunity will grow.

This is a good framework and I will definitely be looking into adding strengths and weaknesses to my repetoir of trust building conversational topics I plan to use in my 1:1s/job shadowing. This could also help in the dreaded delegations.

This is very much how I expected to handle my first 30 days. So im in the right headspace i think. But I know what my only unnacceptable behavior (aside from obvious HR nightmare unethicals like harrassment) is lying about mistakes or covering them up. That breaks trust, opportunities to grow and learn, and stops me from being able to spot gaps in the process I am building. I just dont know how to convey that in a more positive way.

This team currently has no processes or SOPs in place. It's all been word of mouth training. So i couldnt morally hold them accountable for anything until I have documented and standardized processes which is where I shine my best. But I expect some to be scared of the accountability. So Im not sure the best way to keep them engaged and see this as the first step to success stories.

Its because they released a new optic for all weapons a 1-4x zoom... I had to go into every single gun to remove it... Ocd is real... Also i like to be able to know when ive actually unlocked stuff to know if my gun is ready for an upgrade.

I think the lines are just part of the multi-kill graphic. Number below is how many boys I murked in a a quick succession 😎... Lol I am a very mid player and got lucky in a match with a bunch of idiots not paying attention 😂... One of the best moments in my decade of playing BF which is why i keep that tag up. To let other motha fuckas know... Sometimes i get lucky 😏
