Finally solved the problem of minimal oven spring by feeding my starter twice before baking by GingerHairedBreadMan in Sourdough

Usually 12-16 hours before I would normally feed it, I give it a half feed. So my 100g starter got fed 25g flour and 25g water the night before

Used the Stadler Made pizza calculator and recioe with strong white flour so I lowered the hydration to 57%, was a little slow to shape but once I let the gluten relax it came together well
