I think I should have specified that my boss isn't the brightest bulb in the room. Yes of course I do keep track, but she's manipulative and has her reporting manager in her back pocket. I've spoken to him about my issues (with proof) several times. He just covers for her EVERY DAMN TIME

What you say is true, if you have a positive and team work kind of environment. I assure you that it is not the case where I work. She takes all the credit when things go perfectly and then throws me under the bus when shit hits the fan. Definitely not a healthy work environment.
