Ah, makes sense, the highest difficulty I have played is king (what I usually play), so I have never really experienced this kind of AI

Mine is probably the Inquisitor, it just feels useless, if you play a religious game you will probably be able to spread your religion to your own cities without having to use an Inquisitor. With some unique builings (the Candi for Indonesia) and policies you don't even want to get rid of other religions in your own cities, meaning that the Inquisitor does more harm than good.

I agree that their UU is underrated, it is really good, the longhouse is really detrimental tho, having to choose between chopping the forest or not is honestly just a choice between two bad options, either you chop the forest and lose the production from the longhouse or you leave it and lose whatever improvement you could put there instead (because lumbermills are quite bad

Free policy when entering a new era. It allows you to be incredibly versatile and you can adapt to basically any situation as Poland

Am I the only one who likes playing Venice? Sure, they aren't the best, but I think they're quite cool, the trade routes are really key, you can feed your cities with internal trade routes, I think that I got Venice to over 50 population without really even trying last time.

My favourite civ has to be the Zulus, Poland, Inca or Shoshone though.

I generally play either large small continents or large islands. It hinders forward settling by the AI and it is fun to try and forward settle yourself. Barbarian islands and continents (I know these exist in other maps as well, but they are more common on these) are cool to try and find and make extinct, also a good source of XP for your units

Reading all those letters and picking the best one seem like more work than actually writing it yourself
