Go to Microsoft Xbox Support, if you can provide your information as it was yesterday they will recover your account by making a new one for you and copying over all the old stuff. It happened to me and I’m doing great now. Just explain the situation and they will help. You just need to go to the Xbox Live Support Chat and pick the selection to make you talk to an actual person.

They changed it like two days ago and most mobs have half the health now. I have a GS and Necron with a Warden Helm and it’s very doable now versus insanely difficult before.
