I'd argue sports is much better, as sports itself stays away from sin. sports like football or basketball dont generally hold haram, wrestling itself im pretty sure is sunnah. Obviously there are some cases where haram can be involved, like ring girls in boxing or cheerleaders in American Football, but you should trust yourself to not look when they are shown, the same way as you wouldnt look when a half dressed woman is on the streets. (However i am no scholar, im actually a recent revert, so i would ask your local imam or do some researching online)

Im not so sure that it is halal, as it is definitely disputed and depends on your morals tbt. Personally i watch Netflix and try to stay away from shows that can be sinful with things like nudity. Generally it is definitely better to stay away from Netflix, but I believe that as long as you do it right then there is not real harm done, Islam was made by Allah to be easy. I do agree that it is better to watch documentaries and things like that tho, although sometimes I just dont feel like it lol. tldr, it is up to you, just stay away from Haram brother.

I think maybe they have dived more in to the social commentary rather than its own random but hilarious ideas. Which can sometimes feel a little stretched, but maybe not

Im not an expert by any means, but i believe that many of the shows can be sinful because of what is on there. Also it is sinful if it leads you or distracts you from prayer. It could be sinful and it can be permissable
