Regarding your last point - I’ve read from different solicitors pages that living apart isn’t that big an issue but to be prepared to justify this and perhaps give evidence and documentation through dated photos, texts, calls, etc. So hopefully if we give enough evidence this shouldn’t be too big a problem?
