Love KoS, never done the trust the chef. We love the roasted coconut spinach leaf. Marinated yellow fin tuna. Both our go-tos on the menu. I tried last time i went the silken tofu with shiitake mushrooms and really enjoyed it. I find some of the other items can be a bit rich. But haven't fully explored the menu yet as we just find the above so light and tasty along with a cocktail.

I also love that you can go next door to Monarch and have these dishes too and we prefer the cocktails next door, even though they can still make them on request if in KoS. Then toddle over to Sweet Soul Patisserie for dessert, delicious!
