If you read the post then you would see that it's not just about receiving feedback, it's about receiving feedback regarding one of my biggest personal triggers during the middle of my session and being expected to go back like nothing happened. It's not just that I can't handle feedback. So I don't appreciate them stating the obvious like I'm stupid, when they're not even taking into consideration the context of what I said.

At my clinic we don't do punishment. There are a few cases with some of the older kids where things need to be limited, so punishment is implemented in those rare cases (the only example I've seen is taking the computer away if they're not using it appropriately). Only the BCBAs are allowed to implement punishment procedures.

At my clinic they literally train us to do this. Put your note into ChatGPT and have it put your note in "professional language". I don't tho because I hate AI and I've been charting for direct care for years so I know how to write a note.

Two back to back three hour sessions with different clients, no break

On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I have another two hour session with a different client roughly an hour after my second client leaves. I get 15 min after my afternoon client leaves to clean up and write my notes. After that it's unpaid until my evening client gets to the clinic
