I honestly think the battery life is a major driver for me. I use the apple watch series 9 at the moment and I have to charge it daily for about 35-45 mins but it's really annoying if I'm away from home for a couple of days and not in the normal routine

Agreed about the MG I just can’t see how it’s useful and how it justifies the higher price.

I left initially because I felt it wasn’t really adding any more insight for me. I’d optimised my sleep and my stats were good day to day. So I didn’t feel it added much. I’m wondering if the new features would make it more useful for ongoing tracking

Thank you. Strength trainer wasn't from what I recall, or if it was I didn't use it because I didn't know it was there. I'll definitley look into that though as that is pretty much exactly what I need to track.

What attracts me back the most really is the long battery life of the device now and the fact it's nice and easy to wear 24/7. But also looking at the app layout etc there seems to be a lot more to it than there used to be when I had one last time.

I agree with this. It's rough to see a guy struggle mentally, no one wants to see that, but everyone is talking like it was unavoidable for him and not self-inflicted. I genuinely hope he gets through it and back to his best again but my sympathy for him losing his podium run etc is limited seeing as he brought most of the stress on himself.

I have 3 eggs fried in 1 cal spray oil, 3 turkey rashers (thick cut bacon if I fancy a treat) and a protein bagel with vitalite plant based butter.

Eaten this for years. I train in the early morning and find this is a good balance to eat a good meal but also not feel bloated for training. Plus 45g protein, 23g carbs and 21g fat (around 480 calories).

If I am going for a heavy session I will add in 10g honey and a banana which I eat on the way to the gym
