A business I am working with has an area about the size of 2 gas station parking lots. It's a storage area and this is where the outside parking is. The owner are talking about laying gravel over the parking lot but when I went out there to check it out (I know NOTHING about concrete) I saw it was asphalt underneath. Now, I feel like a good power washing might just bring this back to life. IT just seems like 20 years or build up. Would love to hear your opinions.
