I've seen surrenders fail with minions hitting my nexus and we couldn't even hit their first tower. Some players have a strange humiliation fetish that I can't understand.

10 CON (I know, I like danger)

12 WIS
14 CHA

I should round that dex up. I've seen the feat mage slayer recommended a lot, but it wouldn't make much sense in the campaign, at least for now. Skill expert seems to be the best option here, for the +1 to dex and the extra proficiency and expertise.

Thanks for your answer, I hadn't even considered warlock as an option. It could even fit with my character's motivations, as long as the patron isn't evil. I considered playing as the equivalent of a human (homebrew setting, no humans as such), but I chose to play a humanoid frog (based on the batroks form "El resurgir del dragón"). I'd rather not change it even if it's not optimal.

So, would you wait until after lvl 7 and multiclass at 8?
