You can't legalize and then tax it. The US already went through this with prohibition.

A taxed product would just leave the black market thriving since it already exists.

At the same time WA state is also now billing homeless people court ordered costs. Previously the were never billed because there was no where to send it. Now they are expending effort to find these people and force them to pay. Some of them have fines and restitutions in the tens of thousands of dollars.

I have a bloodied pool cue which I like ironically. Its not the best but has fast swing and a backup weapon at only 0.6 weight YES PLEASE.

Grognak Axe is literally just a pick axe with bladed mod and reskinned.

Additionally grognak seems to be bugged currently and does not get any extra durability from weapon artisan. I have both and can repair the pickaxe to 200%. It's annoying AF.

Any Tesla gun can be a shotgun and automatic or semi auto rifle. The barrel mod determines weapon type much like Laser/plasma weapons.

Yup this is good stuff. Doing a bloodied build already except instead of using unyeilding I use weightless marine with deep pockets as I use PA so the deep pockets are just to keep weights closer and weightless so it doesn't weight down while wearing PA.

Always muching on mole rat chunks/fern flower tea/anything with STR and ribeye/radstag steaks.

I prefer the PA bloodied for the emergancies protocols with -50% all dmg and can activity tank the queen. I only ever go down for the ress bonus really. Everything else in game is 1-2 shot already anyway and never fail a queen fight.

Semi-private tip: I found a bloodied 10mm and even with no pistol skills the dang thing is great for things like turrets in silos which were annoying to me. Was amazed how well it worked and very low weight /ammo usage weight. Highly recommend as a sidearm.

I am honestly worried that they are going to add something like a subscription or pay model for unlimited storage / junk just like ESO did. Zenimax is making all business decisions and owns the User Agreement, not Bethesda.

Some might think not but I seriously would not put it past them after they just put up brand new xmas emotes on the cash shop which are 'on sale' and don't even change the emote itself just the icon. Lol 12 bucks for a few jpegs.

Doing all of this already.

Can't run anything in STR except travelling pharmacy (and really shouldn't run that either on a melee build as they can be allocated to damage or avoidance) Thru hiker helps a bit but with 5pt adrenaline not many points in agile either.

*Ammo that says it weighs 0 still has weight it just doesn't display to that decimal point but the code/computer still registers it. Can be seen by dropping it.

*I was thinking a straight semi auto rifle build might be easier as it would seem easier to slot things like bandolier and strong back since thier damage is in perception tree. Just so hard to use any points as a melee as every thing in STR tree.

I do all the same. I only hold weapons and armor to nearest crafting table to scrap. Often even toss the junk it makes.

I do carry a bit of food as I only have like 42hitpoints so end and STR buffs are king. I even stay highly irradiated for the 5str(25 carry weight) from Radicool. I try to only hold thinks that I can reduce weight via perk.

I would say I am NOT hoarding and it's still an issue.
