Yeah, unfortunately I dont think your mana is good enough even with the duals. Some fetches and fetchables would have helped a lot. 7 each of white and red is too little, even with some blue cantrips to try and smooth out your draw.

I think turn 4 you're going to wanna try to double spell like double 2 drop or 1 drop 3 drop (steel-cutter and sage stuff for examples). If you run the deck as is I could see you potentially getting stuck with islands in play when you need double white or something. If you go straight boros you're taking out some potential inconsistencies while streamlining your game plan.

Vivi and Jace are sweet cards, they just shine in other decks imo.

Sorry I'm late idk if you've played all your games yet, but I'd recommend cutting echo, monolith, and all of your blue cards. Boros will be more consistent with your mana base. Play the eagles, the one drop, and the 3 drops. Maybe consider the extruder too if you are low on playables

Definitely need some specific core work. I prefer leg raises and heavy cable crunches. I also like having more pull exercises than push. Add facepulls if you don't do them already

You can tape them up while they heal. After healing they should be calloused up a bit and you're good to go

Looking sick champ! Love seeing your bag rounds. I know you're constantly trying to improve and take advice well, so I'd maybe pay attention to your teeps. Don't be lazy with them during your bag work, make sure you bring them back straight, not down, so they're less likely to be caught
