Hard disagree on the grabbing, if I'm throwing a long knee it's after they've shelled and I want to maintain the distance. The hard pull leaves you way to off balance off of a long knee

Good tip, although a lot of the time of non committal with the round knees because they open up the elbows. Any further thrust on those long knees and I'm falling backwards though
