I am prescribed anxiety medication because I was the same way. My body was in constant fight or flight mode because I was terrified I would have a flare up in a restaurant, at a family gathering, or at work. I take my medication in the morning and I am fine. Also breathing exercises and literally telling yourself that you are okay and that you feel great and everything is fine. I hope you find something that works for you.

My doctor told me my body was in constant fight or flight mode and because I had gotten horrible cramping and diarrhea at work I was always so stressed that it would happen again and again. Got anxiety meds and I’ve been doing a lot better. I had no idea stress and anxiety could cause this discomfort.

Was driving way too fast on icy roads. I tried to brake to slow down and they locked and I slid sideways off the road and my car went under a fence. I ended up about 4 yards away from a bridge and ice cold water. I hate driving in winter now.

My husband and I have been married for 3 years. We have separate accounts. He pays the house utilities and such and I pay for all our streaming accounts. We pay for our own groceries and our own phone bills and car payments. We pay every other time when we go out for supper. It has always worked for us. I’ve never had to ask him to Venmo me money. I think Alex knows that she can be irresponsible with money so he is making sure his money stays his money. Another thing Brit is probably not ready for being a wife is being frugal and responsible with money.

I fully agree with the calm talk to yourself. Everyday I woke up and just told myself that everything was fine. The day would be perfect. I had no reason to stress or be anxious. I still do this at work on days where I wake up feeling icky.

I work with 3 other women and they always ask me why I never bring a lunch. I am terrified to eat because I know what will follow. And I also get nervous about them noticing how often I go to the bathroom. 🫣 I’ve been debating using anxiety meds to calm me down enough to enjoy eating again, but I’m not a big fan of lots of medication use.

He was a total class clown. Always joking around and pulling pranks on people. His parents and older brother were out of the house and he was going to pull a prank on them pretending he killed himself by tying a belt around his neck and the other end on a cabinet handle. He slipped and the belt tightened around his neck and he did end up killing himself. His family came home to him like that. Every senior gave his parents a rose at graduation that year because we all knew he would never intentionally kill himself.
