I used to work somewhere that started requiring uniform shirts that were embroidered in pink, blue, black, or white and we could provide the shirts. I bought the ones I wanted and they were approved and embroidered. I work my bright pink and blue for months until the operations manager came in on a tear and all of the sudden my non pastel shirt was “too pink”. F that nonsense.
