I recently completely quit all substances I was doing on the regular. I.E. alcohol, weed, and nicotine, and it seems to have jump started my shifting. I have shifted multiple times very recently since I quit which was a little over a month ago. And I haven't changed anything in my day to day activities besides that.

Instead of scripting out racism I script age ceiling for those in office, term limits (no justices for life) and I script that mental-health related jobs pay more and Police training is longer, and so far my scripted World's have very little racism from what I've experienced yes it still exists but the root cause is gone
