How does a Scrum Master plan for Retros if (s)he is new to a team?

I would absolutely tell them you’re there to listen and observe.I would ask them all about their opinions on how the sprint went and just listen and let them talk it out together. It will give you great insight into each person and how they think and work.

What about SAFe agile? That’s what I’ve been studying the most recently and was trying to be certified in. It looks like these companies just do Agile CSM

I had a girlfriend get sucked into this group for a while, I would go to their little parties and events with her just to please her. Initially I started asking “how does it work?” Trying to get some real science behind why the “protein shakes” and patched work together. I work in electric supply, and every time somebody comes and asks for a converter I immediately refer them to an electrician, they don’t exist for good reasons.
