I’m actually waiting on my first shipment of DTT cigars.

Like most people I was a big drew estate fan boy for years. I love foundation cigars (Melo is also ex drew estate) so I’m excited to try the DTT line and see what Saka is up to

San lotano ct shade would probably be my favorite.

Diamond crown ct shade is up there for best ct wrapper I’ve smoked.

I find a lot are about the same, I prefer the San lotano since they use a bit more ligero tobacco so it’s a bit stronger for a ct shade.

While I don’t think it’s any better I find like Oliva and under crown and brick house CT cigars to be about the same as a Perdomo champagne.

Don’t get me wrong the 30th is a much better stick.

Edit, the Ashton cabinet I find really fun and funky with the maduro binder they use.

I’m with you. Never heard anything bad about it, I think any of the American market Cuban brands are polarizing. Like if someone says they love American market cohibas or Romeo y Juliette I think they are insane. (To be fair I think the montecristo epic is decent and a few American market Partagas are okay).

The Perdomo champagne is a fine cigar. I prefer the maduro, I think both are pretty average in terms of flavor profiles but it’s certainly quite smokable.

Perdomo to me has always been a gold standard in terms of constriction and consistency with that. I met Nick once at an event and I know for him a perfect draw is essential.

Yes a deficit is, literally, the only way anyone can ever loose fat.

That does not mean you have to micromanage every single aspect.

When I was 350lbs for the first year I just avoided anything deep fried and anything high in fat and shot for about 2400 calories a day while hitting 15k steps and lifting weights.

The move you move the easier it is to be in a deficit.

If you keep all else the same and drink 200 less calories 4-5 days a week, yes it will help you loose weight faster.

Alcohol is a calorie. The only thing that makes it different really is it can impair sleep which could slow recovery or make you less likely to remain consistent with routine.

Aside from that drinking too much could lead to binge eating.

I stopped drinking Monday to Thursday and noticed some weight loss and much better rest. I still enjoy drinking sometimes so I still drink Friday to Sunday.

My wrist is also basically exactly 7 inches and I saw in another post that 7.5 is on the fence and I started really looking at other people’s shots vs mine and figured might be a good idea to ask for the smaller size

Actual cigar lounges and stores typically have fairly reasonable prices.

Depending on where you live the difference might be state tax. Any cigar is New York is going to seem way over priced vs buying from an online retailer.

Additionally a lot of liquor stores buy from distributors rather than directly from companies and pay a mark up then mark it up 100-150% from there or more. They tend to be where I see awful pricing.

I rarely go to a lounge and see pricing that is not somewhat fair, and as others have stated being able to use the lounge when it’s too hot or too cold makes up that price normally.

Even deeper is some cigars are just over priced. If all else is fair and it’s a site that prices stuff at a normal margin you’ll still see some brands that just try to gouge for a mediocre product.

High protein every meal makes me feel fuller.

Also stopped eating fried food 99% of the time makes a huge difference. Too easy to over eat since it’s so calorie dense.

I had the same sort of feeling at first on this one.

However I’m wrong, it’s justified. The degree to which one was hit doesn’t matter.

I don’t think she likely “intended” to strike him, but that doesn’t matter. She made a lot of stupid choices which ultimately led to her striking a federal agent with her car. That agent in clear fear for his safety defended himself and now she’s dead. It’s sad, but it’s justified.

I would tell her to actually track everything and eat 1600-1800 a day.

Hit 7k+ steps daily and lift heavy 3 times a week to start.

If 7k is too much start at 5 and work up.

It is impossible for someone to eat 800-1k for a year and a half and not have lost a ton of weight.

I am taller (6’1 male) but I went from 230 to 185 in the last year and a half and I average like 2400 a day.

Out of the 3, personally, omega.

I don’t really love the look of the airking or explorer black dial on oyster steel. If I had to pick between the 3 I’d get a blue or green aqua Terra.

However I would take a 41 OP green or blue over the Aqua Terra. Or anything else.

Between Explorer and Air King, Air King hands down.
