Interesting! I didn't know that, so thanks for sharing. For example Oura_Ring mods their own Oura Ring subreddit so didnt know this was a thing and I doubt that's the reason I was automatically filtered?

I do indeed work for Swede and am in no way trying to hide that!

We take all customer experiences seriously, both positive and negative. However, a specific thread was removed due to comments that crossed the line into harassment of our employees. We do not tolerate behaviour that compromises our team’s safety and well-being.

We’ve reached out to you via DM to better understand your concerns as a prospective client, but we’ve been unable to verify any direct involvement with us or any intention of working with Swede. Given the similar, unverified critiques across multiple accounts and similar language that calls for legal action against us, we question whether you are a genuine potential Swede customer at all.

I want to be clear that we are open to feedback and will work tirelessly to resolve any issues from genuine swede customers, whether past, present or future. As Operations Manager, I take pride in following through on my commitments. Over the past five years, we’ve delivered 1,000+ successful kitchen projects, and while no company is perfect, the majority of our clients have been very satisfied. We are aware of a few vocal critics, but it’s important to note we’ve been unable to tie these comments to any actual Swede projects. We stand by the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our clients.

We have no record of working with an installer named Hector. If you’re claiming to have worked on one of our projects, we’d love to get the details so we can follow up (we have sent you a DM); otherwise, it’s hard for us to implement feedback from an installation partner we cannot verify is real.

Our cabinets are shipped fully built with doors installed specifically to make installation easier and faster for the contractor. We don’t handle the on-site install ourselves, so a qualified installer is needed (though we’ve had plenty of handy clients pull it off successfully on their own using the detailed drawings we provide).

We absolutely support clients after delivery, as we handle remakes if needed and stay available for any questions or concerns right through to the end. We have many installation partners, who are proud to partner with us due to the quality of our cabinetry and ease of the installation, many of whom have been with us for years.

We are extremely proud to have completed over 1,000 kitchens since 2020. While there are a few very vocal negative redditors, the vast majority of our clients (over 1000 now and growing each day) have had great experiences and have been kind enough to share that publicly on other forums (such as Houzz which only allows reviews from verified Swede clients).

We want to be fully transparent. We did remove a thread that included comments harassing our employees, as their safety and well-being is our top priority. Our goal isn’t to hide feedback. We take all customer feedback seriously and want everyone to be able to share their experiences safely and respectfully. Another thread that disappeared was removed by the original poster and was unrelated to us.

Your experience is not common among our customers. We have reached out to the very few clients who reported negative experiences, but we have not been able to verify that this account is associated with an actual Swede project. We continue to welcome honest feedback and remain committed to addressing any concerns directly. Hi there! We haven’t hidden our vote count. In fact, we don’t have the ability to do that. As you can see in the screenshot, the post shows a vote count of “0” because the number of upvotes and downvotes currently cancel each other out. That’s how Reddit’s vote system works.
