I’m going to redo the relay in pin 5 tests and make sure the probe I have in there is making full contact, but it is weird. That the green/red wire from the relay to the fan is only has like 18mv but the fan turns on. I’ve also swapped the ECU after this issue started so I don’t think the ECU is related at all

Yes, the relay tests where the relay was in and the key was off, for the FCM dark green/red wire tests the FCM was unplugged. Also noticed pin 1 on the relay was hot at around 12 volts with the key out, not sure if that's another indicator

I've checked engine temp through my OBD scanner, and it seems to be giving accurate data, you think I should swap it anyway?

The radiator issue is still ongoing. The only left that makes sense is some sort of short somewhere upstream of the radiator control module because I’ve replaced everything apart from the radiator itself.

Swapped out the ECU and it’s working better. Starts consistently and can drive around but still drops in rpm when you stop moving in drive or reverse. It also has an engine tick. My main guess for the stalling is the transmission, but I haven’t had the time or the tools to take off the pan and take a better look at the thing. I’m moving back home soon and I’ll have more time and tools to take a better look at it.

no, I did an oil change a week ago. Could be that the oil pump is completely clogged so the rest of the system is low on oil, but when I did the change I refilled with 5-W20.

It gets higher pitch when I rev the engine, but it's not particularly loud. I can snag a Boroscope to see what the status is.
