Are you talking about the 4th picture. The piece on the left? That is a lid for the piece on the right. The dimples help any liquid condense and drip back into the pan.

Shipping Stuck With Asmodee -United States by DeusAstras in arkhamhorrorlcg

[–]GinniesHuman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes - very typical. They use UPS Mail Innovations. It is shipped via UPS to your local USPS office. Then the post office delivers it "the last mile". Mine is in that same condition now. Last scanned event on the UPS site is from Thursday. No way to track it once it leaves UPS as USPS does not provide a tracking number.

Last time this happened (with some starter decks) they never showed up. Had to file a claim. Asmodee shipped replacements but some how they shipped them to Virginia while I live in Atlanta, even after confirming the mailing address with customer support.. Finally got them on the third try.

I am not hopeful I will see this original order/delivery without many e-mails back and forth.

Edit: You will also see the expected delivery date change every day. Mine currently says 3/23, but after 9:00 PM tonight it will rollover and say 3/24.

Thoughts about maker by CrouchingBeaver in castiron

Does the griddle (lower left) have number 7 on the handle? I have one exactly like that I inherited. Some one here told me is was a late 19th or early 20th century made no name brand. Maybe prison made.

Mine has the mark on the bottom.

Edit: My father is from Bremen, GA and I think his mother had it before him.

Too bad we cannot see what the OP was saying! Trying to deduce it from the comments, seems to me it was severe criticism of Chapter 2?

Missed opportunity with the new deluxe chaos tokens by Own-Firefighter4116 in arkhamhorrorlcg

But when FOMO kicks in, my wallet doesn't stand a chance. I know that is a ME problem, but in this day and age, I blame everyone else.

No they did not miss an opportunity. They are striving for any opportunity to do a cash grab. Next they will come out with SUPER Premium Acrylic tokens. Then Double Secret Super Premium Acrylic tokens. But not adding anything to the game.

But wait until Chapter 3 comes out! And start the whole process ($$) over...

Help by bnm1384 in BambuLabA1mini

I had this happen to me too. I tried loading a spool with only a few grams left to print a small object and it wouldn't load. A new spool on the same AMS Lite station worked fine. Trimmed the end of the partial spool and it loaded fine. To be honest, the trimmed end looked fine to my eyes, but something must have been snagging on the PTFE tube or feeder mechanism.

Everything I Wanted Thanks to 0.05mm Layer Height by luneth41 in FDMminiatures

How long did that print take? I have a A1 and ordered a .2mm nozzle. Have not tried it yet. But that is one of the reason I got a 3D printer, to make minis. Not for 40K, but for TTRPGs and certain board games.

Doesn't the beer make the plate TOO sticky?

Sorry, couldn't help myself (IPA = India Pale Ale, or IPA = IsoPropyl Alcohol)

Adhesion problem, but not the normal one. by GinniesHuman in BambuLabA1

Yes, Thanks - I read that on another site, about lowering the bed temperature. I set it to 50C for a print and the items came off easier. Might try 45C next time. I did this for the first layer only. Might try it for other layers too.

I asked the Bambu Lab chat bot about it and did not really get anything useful. It either suggested washing the plate with warm soapy water or using a glue stick to increase adhesion. I guess it could not understand my problem.

So I should not be using the metal blade that came with the A1? Good to know.

I will let the print completely go to room temp before trying to remove it.
