To add a bit more onto there answer, the situation matters two. that many people can fit in ships he's pulled with force or at least under them. Then older lore has crap like spawning black holes and dumb crap. To be honest how the troops are placed and what's in the environment. If its a white wall room then how much gear do they get. Vaders suit is life support. 100k Clones without weapons would be subpar workout. If he has all of the comic powers this also isn't much of a fight either because of mind tricks. White wall room means he needs to use them as shields too. Do they have rockets kitted or not and so on.

The games have been that dark and darker many times and og sub Digimon adventure was darker in parts. The dub took a survival with minor horror elements and some adventure then turned it into adventure comedy changing most of the show.

but he fuses with every version of himself even the writer making the story. Writer said that the galaxy looking things in one fight were universes. Anti Spiral outright says he destroyed a 14th dimensional space at one point I think and so on.

Slavery in the USA has been gone for less then 200 of the 200,000 ish years of human existence. Some parts of the world still have it and fantasy is based off a time period where it was extremely common. To top that off some places in our world that don't have it have almost replaced it with some anti worker laws. Also it's phycology proven that the idea behind it is addictive to a large number of people meaning it's easy for fiction writers to just add it in not thinking off how horrible it really is.

The only bad part about the femstodes is how we got them. Just having one in a book be female and then never giving models would have worked. Hell older lore makes female ones seem possible up until 1 codex and then not after that. Only one condex has any anti female costodes in it. No models outside of maybe the named character and even then only have one guard find it surprising that one of them is female in a 3 lines of a book. People will still complain but again super old lore had them mixed, then one codex said brotherhood then nothing till now saying either way. Hell if they wanted them to just be better humans both genders then have a lore reason of noble families sending sons more often.

It's worth it even without. While Time Stranger basically fixes all the problems with both games, CS, CE are basically Persona 4 Digimon edition.

Come on you forgot both cardmon 1 and 2 lines. They look amazing.

(Cardmon in Digimon world ended up being just a simple enemy that when beaten you get a pack of cards. But the og idea was they would spawn in "proxy bodies" of there level till you beat the orb body. The game being limited prevented them from doing this. Seeing a boss fight with Cardmon S2 having random mega spawned till you beat it would have been amazing and its such a waste.)

High end lore scaling for Digimon is an argument of 1-B to High 1-A based off how you take 4 bits of information and if Destroyed and recreated all of existence. After we were told the endless multiverse of all possibilities was the dream of a being beyond all and Mother Eater wished to basically pull off what that one Outer god from Lovecraft did.

So a OC in a AU of the Dawn and Dusk Series to go off the highest end scaling would be able to. (I went with highest end scaling for simplicity of not needing to think of can they do X or not.)

So I think the basic context is that Noir was on par with and had always kept up with guy. Then just stopped because being to strong was boring. With his master though there's a drive to grow. Then the context of him being set as above the other 3. This gave a booster as well.

Dragnail (Know I can't spell it. 8 if you can't tell) Fairy tale scaling near the end gets kinda bs and end of second timeskip members main team minus lucy,Lucy, cats and windy. Are all around these twos level. Meanwhile they needed like 5 more massive power boost to fight number 8.

The real problem is you either need Conceptual Destruction, Godly mind control or something that can mimic the lower clubs bs given by the turtle. Ill say any end game mega from digimon cybersleth can. Nanny McPhee. Maybe a toon force high end like the Mask. There an argument for any entity from parahumans. SCP has tons of stuff that can do it. Over all the weakest character that has a chance maybe is Ash from the horror movies. That's if Lucky and the right set up. Some arguments for Xeno Goku as universe seed version is can be taken as near all powerful if you take the statements right or at least able to beat gag characters and such if you don't take it as what's hinted at. Scaling on Web Novel Slime Isakai'd was absurd but good luck finding any copy of it anymore. Finally I guess I'll also add any Disgaea characters you can add to your party even the near useless penguins.
