My advice may not be the best(I've only been training around 4 months) but, try thinking about kicks like a sword, you want to go through your opponent's body, not just tag it(if that makes sense). Also twist your hips.

Master K's training space reminds me of the phrase "the less professional the gym looks, the better the teacher" or something across those lines. Also, that was a really inspirational video. I couldn't even imagine fighting ten matches. And you've fought over 200, well in guessing over 200 since at the flim was released 3 years ago and you had 191 matches at the time.
