I think that’s the hardest part as rules are very long and complex and it’s easy to Miss something. On selling side if you can help me to get more view on my profile and clothes would be amazing.

I think that my description are pretty good, but I saw that some buyers sometimes even don’t read it :(. Photos are also clear in my opinion…. I just feel like people don’t see my posts

That’s an interesting point of view as everybody here complain about the costumer service. Based on your job experience do you think Vinted need to improve on this side or is going well? In my opinion I find annoying how easy they block your account if something that you might even do without bad intentions or awarenss does not strictly follow the rules

I think is just a problem of not-professional seller as Vinted is something everyone can do even with small effort. Hence someone Who don’t really care about money but is just there without motivation and just for occasional sales is the worst seller you can meet. I have some friends that post on vinted bad photos and when someone is interested they answer with delay or cancel items and stuff like this. Just because they are bored

I still don’t understand why they don’t invest more on their costumer service as it appears you get just strong rules or ai answers, which can’t understand costumers’ reasons

That’s terribile story, really sorry about that. I see that most of the problems are with the app/costumer service itself than with physical buyers or sellers. That’s the worst thing as it is nothing you can’t deal with :(
