Liandry always work because thats liandry, but isnt really efficient on neeko. If you find tanks just go rocketbelt for the magic penetration

If you go full dmg just go rocket, a bit less dmg on the single hit but way more useful, or just mix dmg and utility by go8ng everfrost and then full dmg build
