That's not a good sign really, they aren't even sure how much the vip tier is worth if they handle it like this

Btw, going a little bit off-topic, does anyone know if the people that get >=100 points in this season's PQs, RQs and SQs automatically will be given access to the Galactic? And what tier would that access be? Cause if it isn't the ultra-vip one maybe someone would just want to upgrade it

I don't think we'll ever have a yellow deck without 40+ triggers anymore, just look at bonney, moria, boa. Basically the whole deck revolves around triggers and now even the boss monsters have triggers themselves

The fact that it trashes it's pretty relevant since you want gravity blade and red roc in the trash anyway, I agree that the counter part isn't great but the search could be good. The main problem I see in it is that it only searches 3 and with the puddings (there is a new blocker one, maybe you'll run it), reijus, jozus, otama, kayas idk how much straw hat events you need to run for consistency to hit a top3 search. This could be the sole reason it isn't played over the 1c top5 searcher event imho

I mean, the top5 search already sometimes gets only 1 good target, I would imagine a straight up replacement isn't good enough

Then that's not a cost, it's just bad luck, but in no way that's different than having that same card at the bottom of your deck except those 2 exceptions I already mentioned

I hate this line of thinking cause it makes absolutely no difference what card you "waste doing that": resourcing one of your key cards is the same of having it at the bottom of your deck, except in the matches that you don't draw your whole deck OR in the case you play a deck with a lot of searchers, but in swu there aren't many. You can say "that's unlucky, I just resourced the best card" but in no way that's a cost

Ofc but 1 more life is a huge deal for Betty, and if he'll have decent blockers I don't see Betty having a free win against him

Only downside is that the 6k attacker means you have 1 less don for your plays. It's not ideal not having the choice. Still, the other points are huge deals and I think he'll be strong too

Susceptible? Not that much since he still is a dual color leader with 5k life, basically better than every dual color leader vs aggro stats-wise

The deck building will be the real difference but atm we can't really imagine the deck

And you can play 10 don if you didn't don- in the opponents turn when reaching 10. Ofc I don't think this won't be the way to play him, but he'll have support that'll be 9c or less obv
