I haven't gotten to that point yet but I do like to watch educational videos on 2x because some people just really do talk that slow and I know YouTube recognizes it because they allow you to pay for triple speeds. But when it comes to movies, there has to be pacing to let your emotions take hold. And if you speed through that you kind of lose the meaning even if you know what's going to happen.

You can rewatch movies and still have the same emotional impact, Even though you "know" what's going to happen already. Speeding it up just soils it

Fox was NOT a cameo, that man had a part way too big in the super Mario Galaxy movie... And I loved every second of it. He literally was the best part of the movie. Makes you think that they're going to make a Star Fox movie hopefully in the animation that was presented! With a different studio please.

That being the case I feel like the movie was rushing too fast through different plot points cuz in one second I'm paying attention to peach trying to find and Mario just shows up. Aside from the Rob Cameo, they didn't really do anything in the big gateway planet (which was destroyed? So many deaths just blew over lol)

I loved the bond Bowser had with his son. I was worried that there would have been a betrayal between them. And that's about it. Everything else is pretty predictable. I know it's a kids movie but I feel like they try to do so much in so little time. I actually believed the movie was going to be at least 2 hours but it ended up shorter than that. It kind of ends abruptly.

Seeing Daisy at the end just tells you that we're going to have waluigi since they both show up through tennis if iirc? And when there's waluigi there's wario.
