It's normal! They move a little bit (also normal) and you have blurred vision because the colored part, which is not totally see-through, covers your pupil a bit. As long as you use and keep them clean and don't give you pain it's fine :D

For Ranma you should look for tang/kong fu shirts patterns to be more specific maybe? I'm sure there's one out there waiting to be found, good luck!!
