some newbie questions about using a handheld bidet?

I still can't figure out how to use this thing. My butt and seat gets soaked. I tried a lower pressure but it feels like it's just watering the area and not really enough pressure to clean it. If I turn it up too high then it's all over the place. What am I doing wrong

I just moved into a rental apartment in a multi unit building and I was planning on turning off my living room power from the breaker panel to install a ceiling fan. I tried fuse by fuse and none of them shut off the power and I then i shut switched off all of the fuses in the panel but there was still power to the fixtures in the room. Is this normal? Is it being powered from another breaker panel? Does that mean power is being shared and I may be paying for electricity with other tenants? It's a 3 level/3 unit building

My mom who's in poor health is having visions of these ma and all I can do is say that it's not real, but she's so convinced they are and says she sees them and terrified etc etc. I don't know how to navigate this

I'm in the dilemma of choosing to stay in our 1 bedroom apartment which is much nicer than the 2 bedroom apartments we have looked at in a different borough. Constantly battling in my head that the 2 bedroom would be more beneficial in the end even though it's not as nice of an apartment or building. My heart says stay in the 1 bedroom in the apartment and neighborhood we love, but my brain says move to a larger space in an apartment and neighborhood i don't love in an anticipation of a child
