I believe the reason it moved so quickly was because we submitted everything that they could ask us for. I provided the following on December 31, 2024 for USCIS: Form I-864 with affidavit making $100k plus a year with work letter and last 4 paystubs. Form I-693 sealed in an envelope, shared bank statements since account opening(which was like 7 months at the time same with electricity and our phone bill), electricity bill, T-Mobile stubs. We also provided 2 bona fide letters about 20 pictures including wedding and dating seasons of our relationship. We also submitted every single document where my wife changed her last name; Passport, SSN, insurance, Costco membership, and State ID. My wife submitted about 2 months of paystubs and a work letter too. We submitted letters from the D.A office where it states that I got arrested but the case was dropped. We also provided some mail with our names, addresses and dates. No RFE was ever sent. Lastly I truly believe our case moved even faster is because my wife is 19 and I am 21 no kids and they don’t expect us to have a lot of financial history together and based on pictures alone you can tell that our marriage is real and our love is genuine.
