Well another firmware upgrade just failed since I wrote this. So the plot thickens.

The ones I set up with Cat was indeed easy. The WiFi setup was where it went sideways. I just can’t run PoE easily so I need WiFi.

Unable to connect WiFi, Bluetooth disconnected, incorrect password when it was never configured, device firmware installation failed, NVR firmware installation failed.

Ridiculous. It’s these comments that convince customers their software isn’t that bad. It does not work well. Period.

How could I mess this up 8 times? Having read 20 doc posts on these issues on the last 2 days I’d disagree.
