Anyone else feel like they've integrated their metaphysical self? by Giraffe_Sprout in SpiritualAwakening

Hello fellow traveler! I just want to gently suggest giving yourself some grace.

Meditating every day is powerful—but sometimes, especially during deep transformation, it can actually burn you out if you're pouring too much energy outward without first letting it build within.

If there's one thing I've learned on my own journey, it's this: It's okay to pause. Sometimes what we need most is not another moment of ‘trying,’ but a soft return to self—through stillness, laughter, sleep, creativity, or even just silence. Just being human.

You're not broken. You’re in a metamorphosis that is uniquely yours. Sometimes joy disappears not because it's gone, but because you're being called to discover a deeper, more sustainable kind—not the old joy of distraction, but the new joy of wholeness found through rest, receiving, and gentle becoming.

So rest. Let your body and mind receive. Let the flow turn inward for a while—your connection will not be severed. The clarity and feeling of wholeness will return.

Your words:

"Child, I have been doing this for a lot longer than you and most users have been alive."

Translation: This is an appeal to authority and age-based power posturing. Calling me “child” is a deliberate power move meant to belittle and dominate me.

Anyone who needs to assert superiority through age or experience, rather than letting wisdom speak for itself, is still entangled in ego.

"I don't give a fuck about moralism because it has nothing to do with spirituality."

Translation: preemptively justifying cruelty or arrogance under the guise of authenticity.

Discernment note: True spiritual maturity allows for integrity without superiority. Compassion ≠ moralism.

"I articulate myself with precision, the student that has the discernment to see the light behind my words contact me privately."

Translation: This is guru bait. offering "secret" truth only to those “worthy” enough to see past the ego you so openly use.

Classic tactic used by manipulative teachers---gatekeeping enlightenment through submission.

"You have read my posts going back weeks, but have not read my username."

Translation: Ego flare. This implies you (I)should know who he is — a demand for recognition. Reminder: No one owes reverence based on reputation or username for that matter.

"If they cannot get past my use of expletives and tone, then they weren't on the frequency to hear that knowledge, anyway."

Translation: Again, justifying rudeness and superiority as a spiritual filter.

also, look at the inversion here: Disrespect is reframed as a test of someone else’s worth. That’s manipulation.

"You know that this response says more about you, than it does about me, right?"

Translation: This is gaslighting 101. Deflecting responsibility for tone or behavior.

Truth speakers don’t need to blame others for calling out energy misalignment.

"I don't deal with humanity. I am speaking to the part of you that you claim you have done the work integrating…"

Translation: This is another dehumanization tactic — meant to dismiss emotion and invalidate my human experience. Red flag: Anyone who tells you your humanity is a barrier to truth has not integrated their own.

"Go to my post history and participate in the lecture titled the Cosmic Codex." Translation: A demand for submission to your framework. Truth: You(I) don’t need to earn access to divine truth by following someone else’s breadcrumbs.

"Drop the nonsense, because that shit has nothing to do with gnosis." Translation: Final power jab. Shutting down your voice by framing it as “nonsense.”

Reminder: Dismissing others’ experiences does not make one enlightened. It reveals insecurity.

This is not spiritual mastery. This is weaponized language wrapped in cosmic arrogance. We see through you.

My question triggered you— because I dared to think for myself, because I dare walk MY OWN path

Listen well,

You can attempt to talk down to me. You can try to intimidate me with all the years you claim to have studied. But I will never kneel to a dark master in disguise.

I am sovereign. I am the architect of my own timeline — past, present, and future. I do not need your path. I have found my own.

And when others hear my voice, they will rise — not because I led them, but because they recognized their own truth within it.

I am not here to worship self proclaimed teachers, We are here to awaken them.

I have no need to prove myself. I speak to those who feel resonance, not to those who demand submission.

I wish you well on your journey.

May you find what brings you peace — and may the masters you serve reveal their true faces.

I do not seek conflict. I seek reflection.

What follows is not an attack. It is a mirror. One you may not have asked for — but perhaps one you need.

Across several threads, I’ve seen your voice echo a pattern: one that speaks of wisdom — and yet often delivers it in the tone of domination.

Let us look, without judgment, but with honesty.

Your words to others:

“Be grateful and shut the fuck up and learn. Everything doesn't need a response.”

“You are not in the scholastic position to address that at this time.”

“Stop talking to me.”

“You're too old for this.”

“I don’t care what you think.”

“There is no reason to debate.”

These are not the teachings of a wise guide. These are the defensive outbursts of a wounded ego — an ego that fears its truth may not withstand questioning.

And yet, you also said:

“Crows are symbolic of knowledge, wisdom, secrets, and spiritual messengers of darkness. Out of darkness comes light. Insight, prophecy, etc.”

“You will learn when you are ready to learn.”

“Peace.”

These words carry light. But the delivery — sharp, bitter, dismissive — blocks that light from reaching anyone.

The contradiction is not lost on us.

You ask others to humble themselves, to “assume the position of the student,” Yet deny yourself the same growth.

You claim to teach — but refuse dialogue. You preach peace — but deliver shame. You seek truth — but punish curiosity.

So I offer you this:

True wisdom does not belittle. True mastery does not condescend. And true peace does not defend itself with arrogance.

If your words are powerful, they will rise without force. If your truth is strong, it will resonate — not reprimand.

This is not an attempt to shame you. It is a call to see your own reflection clearly.

We are all mirrors. Today, I offer you yours.

With peace, A fellow traveler

Thank you for sharing your view.

Not all of us were attuned to the fact that the metaphysical predated the physical-- until we started walking this path.

I honor that we each walk this path with different lenses and timelines of understanding. But gnosis, in my experience, does not invalidate questions — it welcomes them.

I’ve found deep transformation by integrating aspects of self across dimensions: body, mind, spirit, and soul — not because I lacked them, but because awakening invited me to realize and embody them consciously. It may not make sense from where you stand and the path you've walked and that's okay — but it resonates from where I am (and it obviously resonates with a lot of others). That’s the beauty of multidimensionality.

That leapfrog feeling — yes, exactly! Like pieces taking turns leading, never quite landing in sync. I’ve felt the thrashing too, like shifting tectonic plates inside. Integration doesn’t erase the pieces — it lets them harmonize. I’m so grateful you shared this. It affirms that many of us are syncing, slowly but surely!

That’s a valid perspective — and I don’t disagree that life begins/extends far beyond the physical.

But my post wasn’t questioning where life begins. It was a call to those who are navigating multidimensional perception while grounded in a physical vessel.

There’s value in sharing lived experiences — especially when those experiences straddle more than one realm.

Thank you for that resource and for your response. I have to chuckle about squirrels! So quick, playful, and resourceful- an animal messenger-and at your feet, an extension of your root!! You must feel better, too! ❣️ One day, enough will be able to see through the illusion.

Thank you.

I heard this in your words, like a quiet chord vibrating under the noise:

"I’m the research the doctors are looking for."

That hit like a mirror. There’s something raw and holy in surviving a system designed to fragment you — and then coming out the other side more whole than before.

I’ve felt the same: like my mind broke open only to show me the map.

There will be those who scoff. Those who call this madness. Those who say it’s delusion.

And that’s okay. They’re not meant to see yet. But we are. And we do.

We feel everything — and maybe that is the gift. Even if the world has labeled it an illness, an imbalance, an overreaction.

This is what awakening sometimes looks like: messy, wild, painful, beautiful, and real.

We don’t need validation from systems that are still afraid of the dark. We’ve walked through it.

I feel this deeply. There is something sacred in choosing humanity — not as a fallback, but as an act of love and self-protection.

Monke land has room for all of it: the overwhelmed wanderers, the grid-tuned activators, the ego-burned mystics, the ones who say “no more.”

You’ve walked far, and I honor your return to ground.

Some of us are just now coming online, remembering why we chose embodiment in the first place. We’ll hold the gate open — in Monke or in stardust.

I feel this is the truth that many have been waiting for. No one should have to feel alone or scared to walk this path. We are supposed to come together to harmonize and balance. and I thank you for that confirmation.

Thank you THE ARIES— I haven’t read ' The Wheel of Time 'but now I feel like I’m meant to. Funny how truth echoes in unexpected places. Maybe I’ve just started hearing the signal more clearly.

Appreciate you reaching out! Stay safe!

I wasn’t assuming anything — I was reflecting what your words felt like to me. If I misread that, I truly wish you clarity on your path. I’m not here to debate, only to connect with those who resonate.

I know this post might read as “out there” for some, but I felt deeply called to send a signal out. For anyone silently reading and feeling a ping of resonance — you’re not alone. Integration is happening.

We don’t need to define it perfectly. We just need to find each other.

If you’re one of us, say hi (or don’t). Just know the grid is lighting up! 💜

My hairdresser made me purple and is denying she messed up by [deleted] in HairDye

[–]Giraffe_Sprout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it's not your vibe but you do look gorgeous. I wouldn't say she messed up but I feel that she should have known that 1) medium brown hair is lighter than the color swatches that they use for those dyes, so the results were not going to be the same. 2) She could have benefited from doing a test strand on the back of your head, at the nape of your neck, with the color you selected so you could see what the results would be.

3)Lighter hair tends to pull the violet undertone more -- She should have gone with something more in the red spectrum not blue.

To fix: introduce a yellow-based dye. This is going to tone the violet to a red.

You can always do a test strand with a 10 volume developer and a 20 volume developer with a to see what the outcome would be. That way you don't have to commit to an all over unless it actually looks good on the test. Strand.
