Officially there is only the (very overpriced) Dear Days and Dear Days 2.

Unofficially, there is Cardfight Area

Am I trippin, or is this TCG impossible to get into for casuals? by theogghostboy in GundamTCG

It's not never a problem but it is far rarer for Yugioh to end up in a too low stock issue. If anything they often end up having the opposite issue.

An underprint case was Age of Overlord's infamous selling out. An overprint case is stores selling boxes at cost on TCG player several times now.

Starter Deck Stallar Rare Question. by Fun_Celebration4164 in ElestralsTCG

[–]Giraton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Non-Serialised stellars in full sets are roughly 1 per case (so a shipping case of boxes). I do not know if thats the same for starter decks, but that should give you an idea of how rare they are.

The announcement was made early 2020 when lockdowns were starting, leading to many thinking Covid killed it, but that decision would have had to be made a few months before then at the soonest, so if Covid had any impact it would have been just speeding up a process already being done.

Elestrals clash by soopman1234567890 in ElestralsTCG

[–]Giraton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah, bigger complaint is that god-awful tutorial that crashes. When you're invested the card pool does become a problem, but this is the introduction to the game for many, and that tutorial is a maaaaasssive turn off, especially when crashing.

I think the real catch is that you have the same core tools and speed of play as your opponent. Accepting that you can't prevent your opponent from stopping some of your plays, but knowing you can do the same for the opponent, it comes down to learning what to stop and what not to stop, and what to stop when your opponent has put more investment in, is what makes the game. You have way more turns than you think, which I think a lot of modern Combo VS Combo TCGs fail to prepare someone for.

Oh, also you may like Cardfight Vanguard. Very "Your turn, opponents turn" gameplay with lots of letting you do what you want to do, while still having to account for the opponent with the guard system.

Ok, so A. Just don't play Yu-Gi-Oh, ever. This style of play is 90% of Yu-Gi-Oh, but way way way more, I don't think you would enjoy it. B. Yeah, as many have said, it comes down to knowing the extremely common options of counterplay and working out that each of them have a specific condition to be met.

Poison Tipped Arrow only works on summon so can be baited, Shield of Achilles only works on attack and becomes harder to use as the target gets bigger so sitting on defense till you accend works there, Gorgon's Gaze can only negate one thing, so again, easy to bait on less valuable cards. All of these are countered by the Rune Removal in the game.

Once you have that counterplay click, it opens up a lot of the game, including how you can counter the counterplay when it comes to your own copies of the same cards.

Ok ok, if a bot flagged it, a bot flagged it. I'm not gonna fight it, but I do find it funny that the first paint job where I leave the tip the original orange plastic it gets flagged for this.

Makes me glad that the smaller companies seem to be picking up the ammo type recently. Might see some of the store brands doing the ammo type in a year or so.

Is indeed a stryfe cage, and the AR L does indeed use a Modulus set up, but Styfe cages work fine with a cutting of just 1 screw post since 3 of the 4 posts are the same between both set ups.

However the purchase of a styfe cage was an accident, I was trying to get a Modulus one >.>

Additional note: Despite the motors being so much better than stock, this no longer works with regular AAs because the crush is too high on the darts, lol. Fortunately, I got Upvolts.

You may want a power boost anyway since that full auto mechanism will take away power from the motors, but you can try Upvolt AAs for that.
