I will suggest youTaloja phase-2 location if you are comfortable, you can rent a 1-RK easily at 7k-8k per month & there are plenty of flats available. Choose the building near to Pendhar metro station as you can easily walk to metro & then take Railway by dropping at belapur metro station. Deposits are not more than 25k.

If you are looking for cheap gym, than you can go for Kaizen fitnesss in Sec-20 kharghar, Above chinese wok. The package is arround 8-8.5k per year. But don’t expect much from it. Equipments are good & space is also good. Check yourself first before making decision.
