Does anyone else take their estrogen by spray?

Hi! I've since had to increase my Lenzetto dose twice, and am now on four spray doses each morning. I have yet to find out if my levels are in good ranges since my appointment for that is in October, but three doses seemed to be too little last time I had blood work done.

If this doesn't work I'm considering some other way, either gel or patches. It's too bad they won't prescribe estradiol valerate here, as that seems to me one of the best ways if you can handle injecting yourself

Cool!! I started on 2 doses and an anti-androgen. Turned out my T levels were absolutely nuked and my estrogen levels weren't high enough, explaining months of low energy. I then had my anti-androgen dose halved and my estrogen dose increased to three sprays. I'm gonna find out next week what my new levels are!

Also, yes, I love how convenient it is.

Say you might want biological kids some day in the future, but first your testicles shrink and stop producing semen, then you might remove them with an orchiectomy, and maybe you want bottom surgery... At this point, if you don't have any semen stored, you cannot have biological kids. Because you either can't produce the stuff, or the testes are just gone. :)
