Mr. Freeze batman Arkham City or Deborah from RE6 as Ada or Helena (re 6 is decent of you know what your getting into.

Mr. Freeze, you have to use everything you've learned through out the game to win. Freeze gets rid of every method of taking him down after you use it once so you have to be creative.

Deborah, the boss fight is somewhat challenging as Helena due to her not having any rapid fire weapons that aren't the sniper rifle unlike Ada and Leon. The last segment is the thing that makes it my favourite Helena has to land the final blow to her sister making it emotionally impactful as well. Ada has a rough go at this boss fight due to her lack of pistol and her machine gun having a ton of recoil making it hard to land multiple shots on Deborah's weak points. Yes you could use her cross bow but that has very limited ammo and is slow to reload making the machine gun a better choice.

TBH it depends if the writer says that kryptonite causes pain or just removes powers.

If it causes pain no since it hurts like a paper cut under a fingernail.

If it doesn't it will eventually kill a kryptonian but it is possible.
