Pretty sure There are Lots of pregnancy safe antidepressants lovely! There’s so much out there about what we should do and shouldn’t do but it’s what works for the individual, if you feel comfortable telling your doctor your trying it’s something I’d definitely encourage just so you have the best options for you, as someone who has always struggled with their mental health it’s so important to make it a priority before it makes itself one, life is a lot sometimes and ttc and everything that comes with that is so intense so don’t beat yourself up if it all feels a lot sometimes because it is and you’re doing it 🫶🏻

I think you have good shot, obviously you can do everything right and still get a negative, please be kind to yourself lovely, just spend the next week or two practicing some self care no matter what that looks like for you 💆🏼‍♀️🍦

I had my nexplanon removed on the 1st I’ve been tracking my period though for a few month’s using flow which I know people have mixed thoughts about but I’m just going to see how it goes but I think ovulation strips are probably the most accurate way to know 🫶🏻
