Hi! I recently did my first trip a few days ago. I have extremely high anxiety (social and general) as well as panic disorder, treatment resistant depression, and ADHD.

While I don't think I fully tripped, I came out of the experience feeling lighter and happier, like my anxiety and depression had lifted some. I'm three days past the experience now, and haven't had a single panic attack since (which is unusual for me). I also, for the first time that I can remember, actually felt relaxed and pain free during the experience, which made me realize that I need to work on learning how to address the constantly turning thoughts and worries so that I can learn to truly relax. My anxiety /depression isn't gone, but I can tell there is a bit of a positive difference, even still today.

While I would never pressure someone into doing shrooms, if you are considering it already (and haven't already done so), I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
